Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something feegow_patient_support_write does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls feegow_patient_support_write itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Feegow Clinic's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
