Ask for something hivecloud_get_cte does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls hivecloud_get_cte itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that HiveCloud CT-e / MDF-e's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
