Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something report_bug does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls report_bug itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that HiveCloud CT-e / MDF-e's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
