Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something kb_remove_document does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls kb_remove_document itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Base de Conhecimento's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
