Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something keep_list_note_media does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls keep_list_note_media itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Google Keep's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
