Save the file and restart Gemini CLI.

Ask for something librelink_get_connection does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls librelink_get_connection itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that LibreLink Up (CGM)'s identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
