Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something mfit_workout_write_create_routine does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls mfit_workout_write_create_routine itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that MFIT Personal's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
