Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something toolkit_info does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls toolkit_info itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Consulta de Multas's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
