Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something pagseguro_charges_refund does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls pagseguro_charges_refund itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that PagSeguro's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
