Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something procfy_list_users does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls procfy_list_users itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Procfy's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
