Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something openfinance_get_accounts_detail does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls openfinance_get_accounts_detail itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that QI SCD MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
