    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something get_dataset_diffs does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls get_dataset_diffs itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that paper mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
