Save the file and restart ChatGPT.

Ask for something android::runtime.diagnose does. ChatGPT lists the server's tools on connect and calls android::runtime.diagnose itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that MediaSFU's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
