Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something lookup_ip_reputation does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls lookup_ip_reputation itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that sectora's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
