Save the file and restart Gemini CLI.

Ask for something extract_structured_data does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls extract_structured_data itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that zero core tools's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
