Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something find_esim_plans does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls find_esim_plans itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that AeroCell: eSIM Travel Data's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
