Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something check_url_changes does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls check_url_changes itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that ChangePacket's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
