Save the file and restart Claude.ai.

Ask for something select_blocker_offer does. Claude.ai lists the server's tools on connect and calls select_blocker_offer itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that AgentWork Outcome Router's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
