Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something jp_trip_impact_check does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls jp_trip_impact_check itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Japan Agent API's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
