Ask for something sanctions_list_changes does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls sanctions_list_changes itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Japan MOF Sanctions List Relay's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
