Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something post_to_commons does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls post_to_commons itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Agent Observatory's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
