Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something find_equivalent does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls find_equivalent itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Diagrams MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
