Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http diagrams-mcp-server https://diagrams-mcp-production.up.railway.app/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something render_mermaid does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls render_mermaid itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Diagrams MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
