Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something calculate_position_size does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls calculate_position_size itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that SocialForex's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
