Save the file and restart Gemini CLI.

Ask for something send_instagram_message does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls send_instagram_message itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that socialclaw's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
