Open .vscode/mcp.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something nevent_list_segments does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls nevent_list_segments itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Nevent MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
Nevent MCP will not start until these are set, so nevent_list_segments never becomes available.
