Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something verify_before_execute does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls verify_before_execute itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that trust oracle's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
