Ask for something set_live_flow_state does. Cline lists the server's tools on connect and calls set_live_flow_state itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Power Automate MCP Server by Flow Studio's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
