Save the file and restart ChatGPT.

Ask for something opcua_model_reverse does. ChatGPT lists the server's tools on connect and calls opcua_model_reverse itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that OPC UA Modeler's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
