Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something ni_replyflow_subscribe does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls ni_replyflow_subscribe itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Northside Intelligence WebMCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
