Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something prefetch_datasheets does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls prefetch_datasheets itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that sheetsdata mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
sheetsdata mcp will not start until these are set, so prefetch_datasheets never becomes available.
