Add Open Call Portal to Windsurf

    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something prepare_listing_form does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls prepare_listing_form itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Open Call Portal's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
