Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something explain_no_exact_match does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls explain_no_exact_match itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Packrift MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
