Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something recommend_build does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls recommend_build itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that patchistry mcp server's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
