Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something precheck_compare_to_patent does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls precheck_compare_to_patent itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Patent PreCheck's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
