Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something screen_export_control does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls screen_export_control itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that US Export Control Screening (CSL)'s identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
