Ask for something vin_decode does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls vin_decode itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that VIN Decoder + Safety Recalls (NHTSA)'s identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
