Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something gover_buscar_cidades_veiculo does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls gover_buscar_cidades_veiculo itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Gover MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
