Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something gover_iniciar_solicitacao does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls gover_iniciar_solicitacao itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Gover MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
