Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http xsignal https://xsignal-production.up.railway.app/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something get_token_intel does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls get_token_intel itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that xsignal's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

xsignal will not start until these are set, so get_token_intel never becomes available.
