Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something brazil_search_tenders does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls brazil_search_tenders itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Brazil Pncp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
