    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something cds_submit_request does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls cds_submit_request itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Copernicus Cds's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
