Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something cta_bus_predictions does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls cta_bus_predictions itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Cta's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
