Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something miso_binding_constraints does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls miso_binding_constraints itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Miso's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
