Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http pulse-verity https://gateway.pipeworx.io/pulse-verity/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something pulse_key_ring does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls pulse_key_ring itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Pulse Verity's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
