Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something vulnerability_check does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls vulnerability_check itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Presend MCP Server's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
