Save the file and restart Claude.ai.

Ask for something list_parser_presets does. Claude.ai lists the server's tools on connect and calls list_parser_presets itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that quanticdata mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
