Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something interpret_labs does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls interpret_labs itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that B.O.N.S.A.I. Health Intelligence API's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
