Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something regimen_evaluate_track_record does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls regimen_evaluate_track_record itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that regimen's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
