Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something regimen_self_attack does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls regimen_self_attack itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that regimen's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
